The Budget section covers budgeting for both Expenses and Capital Expenditures.

 

A list of expense categories, which has been previously established, is displayed. The appropriate time periods and dollar amounts follow.

In this case a monthly budget amount was entered and the computer automatically generated the quarter and annual amounts.

All of this may be modified to match your specific needs. Any number of categories may be created and you may call them anything that you would like.
