The most frequent screen used is the Rental Income Entry form. This contains an "Auto Form Fill" feature. After you pick the desired tenant, all other information is automatically entered for you. Of course if there is something unusual about this payment, you can easily type over the "Auto Form Fill" information.

Rent Due Report

The following is the Rent Due Summary report. Each tenant that has rent due is shown on one line. This is handy if you have many tenants paying rent on the same day.
Printing Invoices

Each tenants invoice is printed on a separate sheet. Standard 8 ½" X 11" paper is used. Within the "Billing Notes" section you may enter any other information that you choose. For example you may want to include a breakdown of charges: rent, utilities, carport fee, etc. Then enter the total amount into the "Rent Amt" field. You enter this information one time into the Tenant Unit record, then it will automatically print out for each Invoice & Tenant Receipt. Of course you can modify this information at any time.
Income & Expense Comparative Report
One of the most informative reports is the Income & Expense Comparative. It enables you to quickly identify which properties are most profitable and which ones may require more attention.
