Auto Form Fill
Most rental property investors and
managers are not typing experts, nor do they desire to be. They have more pressing things
to do than type the same basic information over and over. This is why a feature called
"Auto Form Fill" has been incorporated into the forms that have the heaviest
usage. For example: a tenant comes to pay his rent. You go to the Rental Income Entry form
and select the tenant's name (you don't even have to type it). Then PT Rental Assistant ® automatically fills in
the appropriate information. Of course if there is something unusual about this payment,
you can easily type over the "Auto Form Fill" information.
