PT Software Solutions, Inc. was founded in 1999.  It’s a software company whose main goal is to make the life of the property investor a little easier through automation.  It is accomplishing this via PT Rental Assistant ®.  An easy to use program that saves landlords and managers countless hours of tedious work.

Paul Tudor is the founder of PT Software Solutions, Inc. who has over 20 years experience designing, creating and supporting business programs.  Several years prior to forming the company, Paul became involved in the investment property business.  It was recognized that the field had a need for affordable, easy to use property management software.

A team of advisors was formed to consist of both beginners and seasoned professionals in the investment / rental property field.  A small technical team (on the software side) was established, and PT Rental Assistant ® was transformed from an idea into a product.  Now into its ninth year, the company enjoys a satisfied, growing customer base.
